We wonder what advice these guys would have shared with each other? We all need to hear and be able to give advice, especially when it comes to talking mental and emotional health. Let's all encourage each other to be more open, be honest, talk more, and start sharing more useful information about the various forms of mental and emotional health issues we are experiencing. Share it within our community, share it with those struggling and most importantly share it with yourself.
